Incorporation How To…

If you’re hoping to incorporate your business you are probably surfing around and trying to put together a plan.

The options facing you probably seem overwhelming. You probably think incorporation is a 2 week process. You probably think you have to read everything on 4 or 5 websites in order to get up to speed on everything. You don’t. Incorporation isn’t a 2 week process. You can figure out everything you need within a matter of 15 minutes to a couple of hours. You might need to give your accountant a call – and if you can fend off their desperate attempts to have you incorporate through them – you’ll return here and save a LOT of money after a 10-minute phone call.

Most companies incorporate as LLC on our sites. It’s been that way for a number of years… as LLC’s gradually increased, topping S-Corp incorporations. For small businesses LLC’s are usually what is selected. Keep in mind you can choose S-Corp, Profit, or S Corp for your business if it’s not a non-profit business. S- corps are usually for companies that will hire a lot of employees. LLCs are usually for 1-person companies – new businesses.

That’s just in general.

See – already you have a starting point. Thankfully you’ve found our site because we think we do a great job of helping entrepreneurs incorporatethe right way – the first time.

What are the two major questions to look at as you get started?

1. Which incorporation type (S-Corp, LLC, Profit, Non-Profit) is the correct choice for your business?

2. Which company can you trust enough to walk you through the incorporation process?

Really, that’s all there is to it. Registering your business as a corporation with the state government isn’t as confusing as people initially think. These two questions are the main focus of every new business before incorporating.

Of course we hope you choose to let us help you incorporate. That’s our whole focus – helping you incorporate.

We’ve worked for 10 years to build a business that is customer-focused and helps you get the job done correctly the first time.

We don’t think we have the right to ask you to trustus just because you found us through Google.
