Time to Inc.?

The time it takes you to incorporate will be less than you expect.
The short answer is it will take 1-3 days on average before the state registers your corporation.
How long does it take us to submit your registration to the state after checking for errors? Same business day is our usual turnaround time, unless it happens to be a weekend or holiday and then it will be the next business day.
We like to process your order as fast as possible and that’s usually 1-2 hours from the time you submit your online form to us.
The difference between us and nearly everyone else out there doing incorporation services for Rhode Island is that we’re giving you rush speeds for our normal rate. In fact, our “normal rates” are probably also less than what you’ll pay elsewhere for incorporation registration.
We’re happy for you to compare us to the best known in the industry – LegalZoom. Why? Well, because we’re always a couple hundred dollars cheaper. We’re faster. We include the two things most business owners want with their corporation: 1. EIN and, 2. Subchapter S help. Other companies will charge you $50 to $300+ to add those two things on to your basic incorporation fees!
Here at Start Rhode Island Business we process your form quickly and efficiently and don’t ask you to pay for rush service – we include it every time.
Once we receive your incorporation application we will review it and submit it to the State of Rhode Island through our secure electronic account. The State of Rhode Island will then process it and email your corporate documents to you in about one business day.
If it’s essential that your corporation be filed with Rhode Island State today, please call 888-905-7380 so we can try to help you meet that deadline.
