Simple Business Incorporation

Incorporation is a rather simple process. Well, we’ve tried to make it as simple as possible to help you through it.

Basically you can incorporate your business here at one of our online forms in just a few minutes if you know which type of corporate entity to choose.

The number of choices facing you if you’ve visited a couple of incorporation websites already must seem totally overwhelming.

You might think incorporation will take you a couple of weeks to get through. It won’t.

You can probably complete all the steps you need to incorporate in less than an hour. You might give your accountant a call – and if you can fend off their desperate attempts to have you incorporate through them for a thousand dollars or more – you’ll return here and save a LOT of money!

We mostly do LLC incorporations here on our site. LLCs are a relatively new corporate entity and many people have found it fits their situation quite nicely. You could choose S-Corp, Profit, or S Corp for your business also if you don’t have a non-profit business. S- corps are usually for companies that will hire a lot of employees. LLCs are usually for 1-person companies – new businesses.

Those are just very basic guidelines and may not fit your specific case.

But now already you have a starting point.

What two basic questions do you NEED to answer before you incorporate?

1. Which incorporation type (S-Corp, LLC, Profit, Non-Profit) is the one that best fits your business?

2. Which online incorporation service can you trust enough to walk you through the incorporation process?

When you can answer those two questions you’re ready. The information for helping you choose a corporation type for your new business is here on site. As we mentioned before – a quick call to your accountant to ask what type of corporation you should file could help immensely, but do be careful because accountants and lawyers will try to pull you into their own incorporation registration process which will likely cost you a few hundred dollars more than what you can do it here for.

Incorporation How To…

If you’re hoping to incorporate your business you are probably surfing around and trying to put together a plan.

The options facing you probably seem overwhelming. You probably think incorporation is a 2 week process. You probably think you have to read everything on 4 or 5 websites in order to get up to speed on everything. You don’t. Incorporation isn’t a 2 week process. You can figure out everything you need within a matter of 15 minutes to a couple of hours. You might need to give your accountant a call – and if you can fend off their desperate attempts to have you incorporate through them – you’ll return here and save a LOT of money after a 10-minute phone call.

Most companies incorporate as LLC on our sites. It’s been that way for a number of years… as LLC’s gradually increased, topping S-Corp incorporations. For small businesses LLC’s are usually what is selected. Keep in mind you can choose S-Corp, Profit, or S Corp for your business if it’s not a non-profit business. S- corps are usually for companies that will hire a lot of employees. LLCs are usually for 1-person companies – new businesses.

That’s just in general.

See – already you have a starting point. Thankfully you’ve found our site because we think we do a great job of helping entrepreneurs incorporatethe right way – the first time.

What are the two major questions to look at as you get started?

1. Which incorporation type (S-Corp, LLC, Profit, Non-Profit) is the correct choice for your business?

2. Which company can you trust enough to walk you through the incorporation process?

Really, that’s all there is to it. Registering your business as a corporation with the state government isn’t as confusing as people initially think. These two questions are the main focus of every new business before incorporating.

Of course we hope you choose to let us help you incorporate. That’s our whole focus – helping you incorporate.

We’ve worked for 10 years to build a business that is customer-focused and helps you get the job done correctly the first time.

We don’t think we have the right to ask you to trustus just because you found us through Google.

Here are a couple links to more information about us.

Incorporation: The Basics

HTML clipboard You’re probably considering incorporating your business online and you’ve thankfully stumbled upon our site – probably by using Google or Yahoo. The steps you need to go through to incorporate your business successfully are few. It might not seem that way as you’re confronted with many pages of information you need to digest.

Online incorporation hasn’t changed much over the last 10 years. Well, the requirements one needs to follow to incorporate haven’t changed much at all. What has changed is the number of sites that have become available to help you complete the process. We were one of the first back in 1999. We started “www.Florida-Incorporation.com” as a result of frustration we encountered trying to incorporate our business online. We ended up using the State of FL site – and made some costly mistakes.

As you know, government sites are near impossible to navigate skillfully and get what you need. They aren’t set up with efficiency in mind – they just throw the information at you and hope you can figure it out. Many, many people cannot. As I’ve said, we made some bad mistakes too. In fact, we’ve helped hundreds of lawyers incorporate themselves through our service because, presumably, they can’t figure out the state site either.

Why take the risk?

Attempting to incorporate yourself through the official state can lead to serious mistakes. Most people by far choose to use another service. Over 10,000 have chosen us over this past decade.

We created our network of incorporation sites to help you get started confidently and with little chance of making a serious mistake on your corporate filing. Your Articles of Incorporation should be perfect. We help you reach that goal.

If you haven’t looked around our websites much – here’s some basic information…

Our websites are built to facilitate two things:

1. Helping you find information about types of incorporation you’ll use to decide which one is right for your business.
2. Helping you incorporate with easy to understand incorporation forms online.

There are really only a couple of decisions you’ll need to make about incorporation.

1. Which incorporation type (S-Corp, LLC, Profit, Non-Profit) is the right choice (best choice) for my new business?
2. Which company do you trust enough to help you form your corporation quickly, easily, and professionally – experiencing the least amount of grief possible during the process.

Really, that’s all there is to it. Registering your business as a corporation with the state government isn’t as confusing as people initially think. These two questions are the main focus of every new business before incorporating.

Of course we hope you choose to let us help you incorporate. That’s our whole focus – helping you incorporate.

We realize it’s hard to ask you to trust us because you found us about 5 minutes ago through Google.
